To cater for this, we have provided 4 variants of the tool, one of which will be compatible with your browser and your needs.

 

  • 'Multi Page with Save' allows you the option of saving an editable version of the form and PDF.

  • 'Single Page with Save' allows you the option of saving an editable version of the form and PDF.

  • 'Multi Page with No Save' only allows you the option of saving the form as a PDF.

  • 'Single Page with No Save' only allows you the option of saving the form as a PDF.
